The links below provide:
– An example version of the Broomrape Compliance Agreement form for GROWERS, and
– Supplemental Compliance Agreement Aids for GROWERS for both G1 (High-Risk) and G2 (Low-Risk) fields
These Supplemental Compliance Agreement Aids were developed by UC Cooperative Extension to help growers implement the 2026 Broomrape Compliance Agreement requirements in the field. These aids do not replace the signed Compliance Agreements or Exhibits G1 and G2, which remain the controlling Program documents. They are meant as practical aids which growers can use, field by field, to track required notifications, sanitation steps, scouting, harvest movement, and related UC guidance in one central place so growers don’t have to toggle between multiple CDFA and Extension resources simultaneously. The blue, underlined text throughout the documents link directly to specific guidance, how-to videos, maps, exhibits, and other directly relevant information. The QR codes at the bottom provide another way to quickly access critical online resources from another device, like a smartphone or tablet. Use of these checklists is optional, and processors will not collect or retain them if used by growers.
The link below, titled, “Broomrape Compliance Agreement Instructions for Processors” provides an example of how the documents are to be filled out by processors.
